No per-user pricing, ever
Invite your whole crew, your office, your spouse who does the books. There is no seat count and there never will be one. Growing your team will never raise your bill, because there is no bill.
No contracts
No annual agreement, no auto-renew, no cancellation call. Stop using HomeHog whenever you like; nothing happens.
Export everything, any time
One tap in the app downloads a zip of CSVs: customers, properties, quotes, jobs, visits, invoices, payments, time and expenses. Photos come as originals. No “contact sales to export”.
The payment rate is printed on every invoice — and HomeHog adds nothing
Card and bank payments run through your own Stripe account at Stripe’s standard published rate. That rate is printed on every invoice your customer sees. HomeHog takes 0% and never holds your money.
We never sell or resell your customers
Your customer list is not a product. We do not sell it, share it with lead-gen networks, market to your customers, or use it to train anything. It exists to serve you, and it leaves with you.
Works offline
Your day’s work is on the phone. Signal or no signal, you can run the job, take the photos and write the invoice. It syncs when you are back in range.
Your data is yours
You own every record you create. We keep it safe, we back it up, and we hand it back on request. Delete your company and it is gone from our systems within 30 days.
